MISSION
The Asia Pacific Otorhinolaryngologic Surgical Training Group (“APOST”) is a non-profit organization established by leading otorhinolaryngologists with the mission of promoting training education of otorhinolaryngologic surgery with practical value and contemporary principles and techniques in the Asia-Pacific Region.
Goals
- Facilitate the learning: Safely and effectively perform appropriate surgical procedures
- Demonstrate procedural knowledge and technical skills at an appropriate level of experience
- Consistently demonstrate sound surgical skills
- Approach and carry out procedures with due attention to safety of patient
- Analyze their own clinical performance for continuous improvement
HIGHLIGHT OF APOST TRAINING COURSE
- Courses in basic FESS, advanced FESS, endoscopic Ear Surgery and Head & Neck dissection
- 4 – 6 training courses a year
- Cadaveric specimen hands on practise and 3D model dissection training
- Enhancement and refinement of clinical skills
- The lastest techiques and procedures in Otorhinolaryngologic surgery
- Target for Otorhinolaryngologists in the Asia Pacific Region
