Purpose of Training

This intensive course is designed to familiarize participants with latest surgical skills and technical refinements in the fields of rhinology.

Target Audience

This course is intended for practicing otolaryngologists and rhinologists who would like to broaden their scope of practice in the medical and surgical treatment of nasal disorders.

Lecture 1: Disease Phenotypes and Pathophysiology
Frontoethmoidal masses (osteoma, IP, mucocele)

Lecture 2: Relevant anatomy, surgical technique, complications and postop care
Frontal min-trephine
Frontal trephine
Extended frontal surgery (Carolyn’s, Draf2b/c/3)

Cadaveric Demo Broadcast
Procedure 1: Frontal min-trephin
Procedure 2: Frontal trephine
